The Douglas Outdoors Warranty has been designed for all of our rods and reels. No matter the reason, Douglas wants to repair your damaged equipment for you to ensure you’re future enjoyment with us on the water.
The warranty is applicable for the lifetime of the original owner only. The benefits of the warranty may not be assigned by the original owner to another party. A $35 handling/return postage charge to be applied per claim in the continental United States. For claims outside the continental United States please contact your distributor or Douglas Outdoors directly.
How to Register:
- Register online at www.douglasoutdoors.com/registration-form.
- You will be prompted to upload a photo or scan of your registration card at the end of the entry. This new service being offered by Douglas Outdoors allows you to retain your original proof of purchase and ensures we are able to serve you quicker.
In the event of a claim, please: Send your rod damaged section(s) together securely packaged and ship to Douglas Outdoors, 43 County Route 59, Phoenix, New York 13135. Please also send contact information for a Douglas customer service agent to contact you about your warranty request. A customer service agent will be in touch to inform you of what will be done with the warranty request.
Fly Reel Warranty: All Douglas fly reels are covered by the warranty. Return your broken reel to Douglas Outdoors. A $35 service and shipping fee will be charged for each reel received. These fees only apply to claims that being returned with-in the continental United States. For claims outside the continental United States please contact your distributor or Douglas Outdoors directly. In the event the reel requires special services above and beyond the warranty, the owner will be contacted and quoted a price for repairing the reel.
