Cody lives and guides out of Bozeman, Montana. His love and passion for fishing started in Minnesota where he grew up. It was all about flipping plastics for bass and throwing big spoons for pike until his dad passed down an old fly rod to him when he was young. It wasn’t until his career as a professional skier ended, that fly fishing really came to the forefront. Guiding for Cody has been a culmination of his background in teaching, his love for fishing, and a true enjoyment of meeting and spending time with new people. You can find him mostly guiding on the Yellowstone and Madison rivers, but his favorite thing is exploring new water in SW Montana with his wife Crosby.
