I was born and raised in the Mohawk Valley. I began fishing when I was around 6 years old. I discovered fly-fishing at the age of 12 and it’s been “fly or die” for me pretty much since then. 4 years ago I decided I was sick of sitting behind a desk and wanted to make the outdoors my new office. I decided to attend Sweet Water Travel’s guide school in Big Timber, MT, to become better on the oars of a drift boat. I’ve been guiding full-time now for 3 years and have been guiding on the DSR for 2 seasons now. I specialize in fly-fishing for salmon, steelhead and trout, but I am also very well versed in spin fishing. I am in the early stages of teaching modified two handed angling techniques. I’ll chase anything that swims with a fly rod, in both fresh and saltwater.
