I grew up with a fishing rod in my hand. I spent my youth and adolescence chasing bass around New England and Cape Cod. After college in Vermont, I moved west to Bozeman, Montana in 2008. Interested in learning more about guiding, I became a volunteer for a veterans organization called Warriors & Quiet Waters which specializes in recreational therapy through fly fishing. This quickly snowballed into a full-time career guiding and outfitting anglers from all over the country on the rivers of southwest Montana. I love guiding beginners as well as experienced anglers. Some of my favorite rivers are the Madison, Yellowstone and Missouri. I run my own small outfitting business, Montana Guided Fly Fishing LLC out of Bozeman, MT. When the season winds down in the fall, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and chasing steelhead around the PNW and British Columbia.
