Douglas Outdoors Return Policy

At Douglas Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Douglas Outdoors. Products purchased through authorized dealers or retail shops must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in saleable condition. Please note that all approved returns are subject to return shipping charges and applicable fees, which will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified. Douglas Outdoors reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. No returns on sale items — all sale purchases are final.
