Ryan has been fly tying for 14 years along with fly fishing for 20. He is obsessive about tying and compulsive about detail, and often looks to the past for inspiration. Most of Ryan’s flies are fresh water varieties however, he doesn’t limit himself to any one species and tries to be diverse. Ryan also creates tutorial videos for fly tying on Youtube, where he provides review and instruction. Ryan currently serves as a guide in the Burlington Ontario area.
